Units to be repaired 27 2722 2724 2726 2728 2720a 2724a and 2728a. Repair and remove damaged items related to fire. Drywall insulation trim install new kitchen and vanities if needed. Replace doors and paint. Replace carpet. All work is not structural.

Fire restoration install (5) existing amp sub panel to five units. Rewire to basic code. Units 27 2722 2724 2726 2728 are to be rewired to basic code use existing feeders. Replace panels and (8) circuits each. Units 2720a 2724a and 2728a replace panel only all are fault protected as per code.
