Our investigation includes drilling eleven 11 test borings to depths of feet each at the locations indicated on the attached boring location plan. No monitoring wells will be installed as part of this investigation. The 3-1/4 inches diameter borings will be conventional standard penetration test -spt- type borings. A track-mounted rotary drill rig will be utilized. No fluids will be added unless running sands are encountered, at which point potable water would typically be employed. The grout mixture ratio will consist of 2 lbs. Of bentonite powder to 1 gallon of water. A tremmie hose will be used to grout the borings starting at the bottom and progressing up to the top.
