Upon routine periodic inspection at the above location, i have found work to have been completed without the proper permits. I have issued an order of correction to the owner to obtain proper permits for all work completed. Walls, windows, rooms and doors have been added, electrical work completed and the existing egress pathway has been altered due to construction of such. Also, a plethora of exterior privacy fencing has been added creating rooms inside the property. Please be advised that i have given them until monday 12. 21. 15 to apply for the permits or a swo will be issued.
