Replaced furnace and multiple duct runs. Cleaned existing duct work. Installed dedicated electrical line from breaker panel to dishwasher, disposal, and furnace. Run tested equipment and electrical connections. Attempted to visit and visited property multiple times. Tenant is not consistent with complaints and has frequently been unavailable on scheduled days. As we performed a whole house inspection we noticed multiple pit bulls on the property. No mold, rot, or deficiencies seen in inspections. No plumbing or functional issues noted after completion of our work. Inside dead bolts and rooms periodically not accessible. At this time we dont feel comfortable accessing the property without the owner present. We have also noticed smoking in the house. Technician inspected the ductwork and found no visible dust in the registers. Furnace and electrical are working good at this time. Install upgraded furnace and clean air filtration system.
