Completely remove old shingles down to the deck and repair as necessary. We will re-use drip edge and gutter apron. We will be installing 2 courses of ice and water shield on the eves and 1 row in the valleys and synthetic felt in the field. We will be installing 2 new pipe jacks and shingle over style ridge vent. We will be installing closed valleys. Starter will be installed on the perimeter of the roof. We will be installing owens corning oakridge shingles color teak.
