Remove existing sidewalk, curb and driveway entrances. Construct two new driveways in accordance w/mcdot standard: mc-302. 01. All future maintenance of these aprons will be the responsibility of the property owner. Construct approximately linear feet of concrete curb & gutter in accordance w/mcdot standard: mc-100. 01. Construct approximately 45 square yards of concrete sidewalk in accordance w/mcdot standard mc-111. 01. Adjust existing utilities & storm drainage structure(s) as directed by the dps inspector. Modify driveways, sidewalk & curb to meet existing conditions as directed by the dps inspector. Remove & dispose of the following items within the public right-of-way; wheel stops & steel pipe bollards. (existing i-beam protecting gas meter may remain.) all phases of work (demolition, forming, concrete pours) must be inspected by dps.

Complete repair & restoration of the right of way shall be made, "in-kind", of any and all damages done to the existing improvements in the public right-of-way caused by construction operations on this site.
