Removal of existing live oak tree with 26" dbh at the ne side of property . Observation by isa certified arborist fl-5409a; ed depaul primary root severed approximately 7 from trunk. Approx. 25% root loss. Approx. 35% of secondary root system. Tree structure is in poor condition and appears to have been pollarded years ago. Over pruned east side of canopy due to wires. Soil compacted which has reduced soil oxygen. East side of tree approx. 5-8 is asphalt and concrete; no soil volume and water infiltration is very limited. Treatments: no preservation technics can be implemented due to location and surroundings.
