Interior work only,new restaurant tenant will be operating within the demised space which occupies a portion of the ground floor. New interior fit-out involves very limited modification of the existing restaurant space and makes substantial reuse of existing layout with only minor modifications to ceilings and existing railing systems. New work includes limited non-load bearing interior partitions, millwork, food service equipment and new finishes. Scope of work does not involve modification to existing building type, use, or involve an addition. Scope does not alter existing egress / stair towers and limited egress modifications involve adding additional doors at ground level. Existing sprinkler system is to remain with limited modification per the new layout. Exterior scope is limited to modification and addition of new storefront doors at existing locations.
