We will perform a total of up to 24 soil borings on the proposed site. Up to 3 borings will be advanced to a depth of feet, up to 8 borings will be advanced to a depth of 55 feet, and up to 13 borings will be advanced to a depth of 65 feet below existing grades. The borings and monitoring wells will be located within the bounds of the private property. The borings wells will be drilled utilizing 3. 25-inch hollow stem, continuous flight augers. The borings will be performed utilizing a truck-mounted drill rig and will generate an approximate 6-inch annulus. Following drilling, five borings will be converted into foot deep monitoring wells installed with 1-inch pvc. After geotechnical exploration is completed, the wells and borings will be backfilled with bentonite slurry and investigation derived wasted will be containerized.
