419 sq ft sfd addition, ac, no fs, 209 sq ft upper deck. 1 new plumbing fx, misc electrical. Will demo some of existing rooms to build addition. Plan change: 3 20 06 50% openning between study & ex. Living room, show all electric at 1st floor, remove smoke detector in 1st floor bath, & upgraded title 24 for fan requirements... M1a plan change: 11-18-05: relocate bathroom and hallway. Create new laundry and full bath. Plan change: adding bracing at existing library w revised wall anchors under existing floor joists; & delete strong wall, add additional shear wall & relocate window... M1a, 1 4 06 note: met w christine hersh pertainging to adding electrical items on her floor plan per bi, however, after review plans realized that dimensions did not match her approved set of plans. Will process as a "plan change" w 2 clear sheets, required items & corrected dimensions... Have already spent 45 minutes on project... M1a, 1 23 06. See correction
