Cswo, tenant, ashley arnold - but wants to remain anonymous, redacted phone number, her apt is b408 - but several more units in her building and then also possibly in bldg d are have leaking roof issues. She actually had her ceiling cave in on her this morning. She is to be meeting with apt manager today. Maintenance worker & contractor (plumber) have been working on problem. I see no permits though. Per mark case, still have to investigate since it is structual damage possibly. Informed jim hayes to make this a general inspection on condition of roof. I inquired to the worker as to the circumstances of the leaks. He informed me that he had been hired to seal leaks
