Addition of garage attached to existing car port. Proposed size is approx 22 wide by 28 deep. Will sit on existing non-permeable surface or tar driveway, so will not add any additional non-permeable to site. Size cannot be exactly established at this time as we are asking applying for variance to side and back setbacks. A final survey showing trees on neighbors property is being sent to cad department and will be uploaded shortly. David reilly has already done site visit and approved removal of conjoined oak on neighboring property that leans heaving into this site. I am not familiar with the accelerated vs expedited, but would like the quickest but will be waiting for variance so need guidance please. I, elliot raj, am new owner that is not reflected in public records as of yet.
