A mill & overlay may be required for this permit. The permittee should discuss possible mill & overlay requirements for street/sidewalk cuts under this permit with the mc. Dps right-of-way inspector prior to beginning work. A 2" mill & surface overlay shall be preformed if required. If replacement or restoration of brick pavers is required, the permittee must contact the dept. Of public works & transportation @ 240-777-7623 to coordinate. Complete repair & restoration of the right of way shall be made, "in-kind", of any & all damages done to existing improvements in the right-of-way caused by construction operations. Notify mc.
