Gas appliance replacement

Demo existing front concrete porch. Install new 12 w x 9d and new steps same size same location. New rails around porch and down one (1) side of steps and replace rail on lower set of steps that are remaining. Plus new walk from top of lower steps to porch steps. All same size same location within property line. Scope for concrete porch: new foundation new block wall over existing. 5" concrete slab over fill with #5 1 2" rebar and wire mesh attached to existing house. All to code and as per sketch
