Complaint received - the fence surrounding the yard is taller than 6 in the back. A slab was poured and a shed built on the edge of the north property line. It has an overhead light installed indicating that electricity has been installed. It appears greater than feet in height. The garage in the rear of the property has had electricity installed recently and has been finished to be a habitable accessory unit structure. The garage door was removed and a house door installed. When replacing the roof, the eves were modified to extend over the alley beyond the property line. This is evidenced by sighting along the telephone poles.
