Approval of an adjustment to increase the maximum allowed size of an accessory dwelling unit from 8 to 932 square feet to convert the upper floor of a detached accessory structure, per the approved plans, exhibits c. 1 and c. 2, signed and dated february 12, 2016, subject to the following condition:a. As part of the required building permit application submittal for the adu, each of the required site plans and any additional drawings must reflect the information and design approved by this land use review as indicated in exhibits c. 1-c. 2.
