I was called to the site from a complaint about work completed without a permit. I did a site visit with shannon morgan earlier this year and determined there were 3 buildlings onsite. I went with shannon morgan and there was confusion about the buildings and permits. I have had the buildings addressed and believe this building was built wihout permits. Called steve jones about the septic tank. If the dwelling is used for habitation it will need seperate utilities and the building would require inspections and/or a structural engineering report.; february 6, 2013 10:29:25 am pamk.
