The proposed development consists of the re-construction of an existing courtyard totaling approximately 0. 061 acres of disturbed area. The site is part of the university presbyterian church that is located at the southwest corner of the intersection of 16th avenue ne and ne 47th street in seattle, wa. The courtyards overgrown dense shrubs will be replaced with new plantings, an access stairway and pervious pavers to create a more open, welcoming and safe environment. The property will be secured with a decorative perimeter fence. Central to the courtyard will be a memorial stone.
