This is a tracked package approach for hardware village-west consisting of a 265 unit apartment project. The developer is submitting tracked packages for hardware village. The site development package is the first package for this site. We have met with ken andersen to discuss this approach. Fire suppression, detection and site utility drawings for fire protection, are deferred submittals and require a separate building permit. These drawings are not approved as part of this submitted package. Construction shall not commence until fire department access roads are installed within 1 feet of all exterior walls of the first floor and fire hydrants are installed, and required fire flow is provided.
