Temp c/o for gym only our current building permit contains two buildings (gym & mob). The gym portion will be completed with all inspections this friday & has tenants that will be moving in 3/1/16. The mob will be not be finished until late march. The gym tenants cannot wait until the completion of the mob to begin occupying the gym. The gym tenants have expressed to us that they will endure financial hardships if this scenario were to occur. We are requesting that we be issued a temporary certificate of occupancy for the gym. We will be issued the actual certificate of occupancy once we have completed the mob. We will be completing the mob within days of the gym.

We would like to receive a temporary co for the entire project except for bld-15-0439132-rev2. We already have a tco for the gym side (bld-15-0439132-7), but we would like to replace it with a tco for both the gym and mob.
