To north for new stair (this stair will extend from basement up to new 2nd story and existing stair from kitchen to basement will be removed to provide a pantry; add an entirely new 2nd story to include 2 bedrooms a bath and hobby room nook; existing basement and 1st story will be retrofitted per structural engineers design and new foundation will be constructed under the kitchen 4ft extended and stair 4ft extended. The existing covered back porch will be enclosed. Final grades will be same as existing grades for the entire site. Were looking to keep the existing roof over the dining room (east of kitchen) and over the east half of the living room which is the east end of the house.
