On chestnut st (house #4516) install gas service in accordance with washington gas plan no. 104519. Work shall comply with the current montgomery county specifications for utility construction permit. Driveway installation permit: construction the following type driveway apron in accordance with mont. Cty. Standards and specifications -- mcdot standard 301. 01. Complete repair (restoration of right of way) shall be made of any and all damages done to the existing improvements in the public right of way caused by construction operations on this site including removal of sce and existing apron.
