Decommission cesspool

Applicant is proposing to add an adu to the site. The first rendition included a detached structure that was behind the existing home but exceeding the size limitation. The applicant revised the project to attach the proposed structure through a 3 by 3 foot closet area. I checked with a pe and they verified that the proposal would be living area. Applicant revised plans to meet building coverage and has removed eaves from the proposed building and from the existing sfr. I recommended that this be added to the plans that he submits to legalize removing the eaves from the existing sfr.
