Day tco - exp. 12 29 2016 - we are requesting a temporary certificate of occupancy for use of the church for sunday october 2nd. The project life safety - fire alarm, sprinkler, exits are complete. The final railing for back stage access is scheduled to be complete on wednesday september 28th 2016. The work that will be ongoing this and the reason for the request of temporary occupancy is the following: -eifs and tpo on the mansard parapet extension will be ongoing this week, this is executed to be complete before the church is planning to hold service, but timing to have it inspected may not be possible as completion may be friday or saturday 9 29,9 30. All staging and dangers to public will be removed prior to sunday. -landscaping: it was discovered at the 11th hour when we went to start the landscaping work that the meter for the irrigation was removed and testing of the irrigation was not possible and therefore it was hoped to hold of on new planting until resolved.
