Alterations to an existing church building, located in a sf 5 zone, to expand an existing child care program already operating in the building. A land use code administrative conditional use authorization will be required, as well as a seattle building code change of use for the upper floor from group a-3 and group b occupancy types to group e, daycare occupancy group. Site work may include expansion of existing outdoor play area. This project is part of the city of seattle dept. Of education and early learnings seattle preschool program.
