We will be removing the existing fence and replacing with a new fence. The new fence will be a 4 horizontal board fence built with pressure treated wood. 4x4 inch posts will be footed in wet cement with post holes dug inches in diameter and inches deep. A wire mesh will be placed across the horizontal boards. The total length of installed fence will be 206 feet. Fencing on the rear of the house will total feet in length and will be 48" high. Fencing on the front of the house will total 146 feet in length and be 42" high. There will be one walk gate 4 feet wide on the front of the house.
