Complaint recd: new com 3/30/2016 apt. #6 has no smoke alarms & the toilet & sink have some kind of water sharing feature that does not work properly. Caok w/ call mold new complaint apt. #4; urine smelling liquid is leaking from ceiling and living room walls, entire apt. Infested with cockroaches, stove/oven wires smoke so bad its not usable, tenants are getting many bites (fleas or bed bugs), & human feces from driveway was buried in back dirt under apt. Window.
