For the erection of a three story addition on to an existing one story structure. Building for use a vacant commercial space on the first floor level (separate use permit and c. O to be obtained prior to occupancy) with fifteen (15) dwelling units above. Structure has a roof deck accessed by dwelling units only via roof deck access structure and or elevator. All units are type b dwelling units. Building to be fully sprinklered, with standpipes located in each exit enclosure. All work to be done per approved plans. If field conditions vary contact design engineer prior to the start of any work. Amended permits required for special inspections. Separate permits required for mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire suppression work. A covered walkway or sidewalk closure shall be required within 15 feet of the building facade in accordance with section 3306 of the 2009 ibc. Separate building and or streets department permit required prior to the start of any work.

For the three(3) story addition on the top of existing one(1) story structure ( maximum high)with partial roof deck ( accessed by a elevator)( only for the residential use) for a vacant commercial spaces ( more than 50% of the ground floor area of the building)( use registration permit required prior to occupancy) in the same building with multi-family household living ( fifteen(15) dwelling units) from second floor through forth floors with five(5) accessory parking spaces including with one(1) h c space and with ten (10) bicycle spaces in an accessible route at first floor.
