At the request of the fire marshall we have added a step to the exterior, as well as an emergency exit light for safe egress through the newly installed garage. There are two open permits related to this job (bld-16-0443662) for the new steel garage & (bld-17-0449508) for a change of use. As we understand it, the only issue for the change of use to be approved (bld-17-0449508) is the egress, exterior step and the only issue of the garage to be closed (bld-16-0443662) is the exit lighting. We are hopping that this revision and subsequent inspections will close all the open permits relate to this address.
