Category1:union square historic district - temporarily shore rear wall of building by locating 2 x 12 ledger board above loose and deteriorated masonry section secured to wall with expansion bolts and supported by 6 x 6 braces spaced 4 feet apart with bases 6 feet from building. Remove and replace masonry in deteriorated and displaced section of rear wall. New masonry to be coated with pargeting to match existing rough stucco. All work to be completed as per plans in chap files. Structural alterations: removal and replacement of crumbling brick facade rear as shown in the plans provided also supporting the wall as per code/plans.
