The project is the addition renovation of a 2 story brick masonry house with new two-story front addition on crawlspace to be constructed in the tenleytown neighborhood of washington, dc. The two-story addition will include a new handicapped accessible bedroom, closet and bathroom on the first floor, a new front entry canopy, a new master bathroom, closet and sitting room on the second floor.
