For prescriptive alterations within unit 4238-1b on the ground floor of an existing three (3) story attached structure used as multi-family household living, to reduce the number of total dwellings units from sixteen (16) to fifteen (15), to accommodate the expansion an existing accessory tenant amenity area to include a new commercial kitchen (for use by tenants only), and for exterior alterations to front ground floor entrance, as per plans; separate permits required for any and all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing work; building is currently not sprinklered; no signs on this permit.
