Patio remodel project - remove existing brick from patio, and surface with concrete and thermal blue slate. Replace brick half-wall thats leaning over and about to collapse with cinder block and flagstone.

An existing 3-flr. Sfd row structure with demolition of exterior 18x6 brick wall separating 4214 and 4216 river rd back patio areas. Brick wall is in deteriorated condition and cannot be safely repaired. Wall taken down to grade level only with patch to base as necessary. Install upgraded flat board clear cedar fence. Fence to follow grade. Boards to be 1x6x6 and be clear #1 grade cedar. Two 2x6 cedar rails, 1x6 knotty cedar trim for top and bottom, and a 1x4 cedar cap. Middle post to be a 6x6 cedar quatro post -- hollow cedar posts with a 2 ¢in steel pipe in the center -- that is core drilled into the old wall footer with cedar pyramid post cap. The fence will be attached to the home and to the garage at either end.
