Create a minipark in a "hump" alley, which was never excavated or paved. Plant 7-8 trees of varying sizes in the narrow (13 foot space), using vertical shade trees and understory trees. Will work with casey trees and neighbors on this project. At present, the space is a neighborhood eyesore, unclaimed by all, allowed to become overgrown with weeds in summer and used to park illegal cars. It is not used by trash trucks (neighbors in 7 block of upshur, whose backyards face this space, put their trash cans out in the north-south alley entered off upshur street.
