Construction of new 12" fire service, extension of 3" potable service from existing meter and construction of onsite gravity sewer and replacement of existing private lift station with a new lift station for proposed 134096 sf cold storage warehouse facility. Install new fire sprinkler systems into new refrigerated warehouse building at port of tampa. Attach to gc permit #bld-17-04493 gc said to be sure to request tom miller as the reviewer. He has already been to the site and has been in conversation with the design team regarding the project.

Reasons for resubmittal: 1. C-105 office roof drains have been relocated to the north side of the office building, 2. C-105 retaining wall for sidewalk at the nw corner of warehouse has been revised, 3. C-112 the external fire service line for the office and fumigation buildings have been revised to be fed internally from the warehouse, 4. C-302 cross-sections have been revised to reflect sidewalk shift to allow for refrigeration vent pipes along north face of the warehouse.

Temporary occupancy is being requested in the administration building and cold storage 3 room of the warehouse (see attached exhibit for locations referenced). The spaces will be used by no more than 12 occupants from 8: am to 5: pm monday through friday. Refrigeration system to be tested with joel before activating due to direct hazard as discussed with josh, batson cook.
