Hello, we are in the process of purchasing the property located 413 erie ave. We only have a few days to inspect the property before being locked into the contract to purchase the home. There is one tree in the very small backyard that we want to remove, so we can put an addition onto the house, add a pool, and put a screened in lanai over the pool. We are very excited about this property after looking for many months and it is all contingent on whether the tree in the backyard can be removed. We are willing to work with the city by making a contribution to the tree fund or by planting additional trees if they grant us this request. We would be very grateful! There is also a tree limb overhanging the front of the house from a neighborÆs tree (appears to be a grand oak) that we would like to prune all the way back to the tree trunk or at least to the property line.
