Contractor to troubleshoot, investigate and furnish all new material to replace and splice the street light wiring that was vandalized on the existing street light system. Parking of equipment and vehicles will be off-road, no obstruction with flow of traffic is to occur. Standard traffic cones & flagman signage will apply.
