My wife and i live at 4105 w. Palmira ave., tampa, fl 33629. The city of tampa owns a drainage tract directly north of our property. We have an existing 24-26 dbh live oak that straddles our north boundary and the city of tampa parcel. This particular tree is tall and slender with no major branches and or canopy (see attached pictures). This tree leans over our house with no counterbalance on the north side. We are concerned because this tree has a significant lean over our home with no counterbalance on the north side. This tree is a hazard to our home and our safety.
