Interior work (1 1 sqft) remove plaster on walls to expose brick. Refinish wood floors paint interior and install trim. Update carpeting on upper level. Install tile flooring and cabinetry in kitchen. Exterior work: replace & install 7 new windows (same size location) replacing roofing material and sheathing. Install new front door. No structural alterations. Framing using 2x4 to add a bathroom to basement. All work to be done according to baltimore city code and as per drawings.
