Chap notice to proceed replace falling flat epdm roof on two dormer windows and install copper edge flashing. Add a copper ridge cap on the peak of the slate roof. Install new roof cement on existing roof cement at sloping roof joints over front door. Remove non-original flashing around 3 dormer windows (2 on front 1 on rear) and repair original wood window surrounds and framing that was underneath the flashing. If wood surrounds are deteriorated beyond repair replace to match existing. Replace rear dormer window which is deteriorating replacement vinyl casement window with a new window with interior and simulated divided lights to replicate the original 9-light casement window on facade.
