Turning one large oversized room into 2 seperate rooms by extending an interior wall by a few feet to fully enclose and create 2 seperate rooms. Work includes removal of existing interior door, framing of current wall to extend it, framing of another wall to allow for installation of 2 new interior pre-hung doors (one seperate door for each room), all wall boarding and plastering, minor hardwood floor patching, painting of new walls, relocation of thermostat from inside the room to out in the hallway, cutting back hot-water baseboard heater where wall will be extended to the exterior wall.
