New frame addition with a flat roof with rubber membrane cover install 5 new double hung vinyl windows as per plans and per code install new gutters and downspouts as per plans and per code wall covered in stucco as per plans rear elevation will have 4 windows as per plans rear side elevation will have 1st floor 6 panel door entrance and one double

Install new plumbing system for row house 3 1 2 baths 1 kitchen and laundry room water sewer and vent as per code

Remove & replace all interior finishes; drywall ceilings flooring cabinets fixtures etc. Structural wall studs framing to remain. Remove debris caused by demolition. As per code. Demo only. Separate permit is required for tenant fit out.

Install new gas pipe and meter for appliances.
