SCORE 94 1. The branches covering the roof will be cut and removed to allow space to work. 2. All layers of the existing roof will be removed down to the wood deck and hauled away. 3. On the low-slope section of roof over the rear addition, new densdeck will be mechanically fastened to the wood deck. This will maintain the class a fire rating that you currently have. 4. New tpo-clad drip metal will be installed around the edges of the low-slope. 5. New 60mil tpo membrane will be mechanically fastened over the densdeck. This membrane will be heat-welded at the seams and to the metal drip edge. 6. Any pipe, vent, or wall that penetrates the roof deck on this section will be properly flashed with detail membrane. 7. On the remaining portion of shingle roof, ice and water shield will be installed 6 feet up the eaves to ensure it extends at least 2 feet beyond the warm wall, and 3 feet in the valleys. 8.
