Repairs on broken valve were done in roadway 7x7 traffic control plan is not approved under this permit. Required occupancy permit along with an approved traffic control plan must be on site at all times. All excavation operations shall comply with district department of transportation standard specifications for highways and structures sections 207 and 611. All work shall be conducted so as to avoid injury to tree trunks, branches, and roots. Excavations within limits of tree root spread shall proceed with care either by use of hand tools or with equipment that will not cause tree root damage. If there are any tree conflicts on this job site permit holder must suspend all work that contributes to the conflict and immediately notify the urban forestry administration at 202 671 5133 to receive clearance to continue conflicting work.
