Suarez housing has a buyer named kourtney hodgins was supposed to close on this home on february 28, 2017. When suarez tried to get their co we found out that there was a natural recourses hold on the permit because of work that the plumber had done 3 weeks ago where he disturbed the root system of a laurel oak adjacent to the property on the east. Kourtney is 9 months pregnant. She has two puppies and she has had to put them in a shelter until she can move in. Kourtney is having to stay in a holiday inn until the city will allow her to close on her purchase and move in. We humbly request any help that the city could do to expedite the paperwork the city needs so that kourtney does not have to suffer any further hardship? Our arborist is working with dave reilly to resolve the tree issue. In addition, please note that all passed final inspection reports have been submitted to bob bass for approval and all fees have been paid. Thank you.
