Of each will require a 2-inch pavement mill & overlay of the affected travel lane(s) in accordance with the "montgomery county specifications for utility construction permit" dated july, 2003 and the directions of the mc. Dps right-of-way inspector. Prior to release of this permit, complete repair & restoration of the right of way shall be made, "in-kind", of any and all damages done to the existing improvements in the public right-of-way caused by construction operations on this site. On kincaid terrace (house #3908) provide access from sewer manholes to rehab 8 inch sewer main by installing a liner inside pipe in accordance with wssc plans and specifications. Construct excavation and compaction for water and sewer house connections in accordance with wssc plans and specifications. Construct utility pavement patch in kind as directed. A mill and overlay shall be required should the patch not meet the specifications as set forth by the current maryland state highway administration (msha) specifications and montgomery county specifications for utility construction permit.
