Room enclosure in an existing covered lanai. There will be 2 non-bearing exterior walls. Other 2 walls of room are existing. The owner needs to turn into a bedroom area. It is an open room with a small closet. Can we give you a drawing diagram of room since it is only an enclosure of an existing space and no structural walls that are involved that are load bearing? If homeowner needs architectural engineering plans, they would not be able to afford to do this job at all. We can have a specific drawing for you. As far as electrical work, there will be a couple outlets in room and the electrician will be added to this permit. As far as the roof covering, the roofer will be pulling their own permit.
