I am looking to build a detached garage on a property in south tampa. There is a grand oak in the nw corner of the yard, which will at least 30ft from the proposed building, in my neighbors yard that would require some of the branches be trimmed. It was suggested that i get a trc by mr. Edwin elias-narvaez of construction services. So i am requesting this. I am suppose to close on the house on the 21st of july, i am trying to get as much done as possible in preparing for this project so once i take possession of the house i can get moving on the project.
