1) both the main swimming pool and the baby aka wading pool are in extreme disrepair and obviously have not been maintained in a safe and sanitary condition. Such maintenance is required per nc building code, chapter 34, section 3401, subsection 3401. 2. 2) the fence securing pool area is down on the south side of the pool area. Fencing/ barriers are required for pools per nc building code section 3109, subsection 3109. 3. 3) the pool house roof is open and allowing moisture into the structure, deteriorating interior wiring. The pool house is energized at present. See nc fuel gas code, chap. 5, sec. 503. 5. 6. 3. 5) as the pool house and pool structures are apparently not in service, the gas meter at this location needs to be locked out.
