Need help to get this permit straighten out in hte? I mistakenly entered my initials in dsc tracking step. Need a zoning tracking step added (and collect zoning review fee too). This is a large vacant steep parcel of land off beaverdam knoll rd. I called mr. Tolton and explained we need a site specific plan to review for a proposed residential use before approving a zoning permit to allow a new driveway & grading. Learned mr. Tolton has no immediate plans to build. Sounds like he only wants to grade a new driveway to be able to show parcel to potential buyers. It sounds like he may want to temporarily connect to existing neighbors driveway, but he really wants to punch a new driveway onto beaverdam knoll rd somewhere in the middle if the 1 road frontage.
